*BASIC PACKAGE ($100 Per Month): Our Basic Package is designed for families looking for an affordable way to stay connected to the Ghost LA program while giving their athlete access to our program resources. The Basic Package is a great option for families who want their athlete to be part of the Ghost LA family while maintaining a lower monthly commitment.

*STANDARD PACKAGE ($175 Per Month): Our Standard Package is designed for athletes and families who want a more comprehensive development, exposure, and recruiting experience. In addition to everything included in the Basic Package, Standard members receive additional recruiting and promotional support throughout the year. Our Standard Package is designed for families who want Ghost LA to be more actively involved in helping their athlete build his baseball profile and stay visible to college programs.

-Player spotlight opportunities

-Highlight video creation and editing

-Assistance organizing player statistics and accomplishments

-Recruiting profile support

-Recruiting guidance and communication

-Exposure opportunities at showcases and national events

-Athlete-specific recruiting content

-Consideration for Ghost National teams

-Continued recruiting support throughout the high school baseball season

We understand that high school baseball comes first.

When the high school season begins, Ghost LA families have the flexibility to choose how they want to participate:

OPTION 1 — GO DARK

Families can pause their monthly membership during the high school season.

There is no monthly program fee while the family is paused, and the athlete can return to the program once the high school season concludes.

OPTION 2 — STAY ACTIVE

Families can keep their membership active during the high school season.

Our staff can continue working with your athlete by collecting game footage, creating highlight videos, producing player spotlights, and promoting athletes through Ghost LA's social media platforms.

This allows us to continue building your athlete's recruiting profile even when he is playing for his high school team.

Ghost LA operates separately from individual tournament and travel expenses.

Families will receive event-specific information and pricing for tournaments, showcases, and national events.

Depending on the event, additional costs may include:

Tournament entry fees

Hotels

Airfare

Ground transportation

Uniforms

Event-specific expenses

We also offer payment plans for select national events, allowing families to spread their costs over time instead of paying the entire amount at once.

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is due upon completion of registration. Registration is not considered complete until the registration fee has been received.

*Late Fees & Declined Payments*

All declined or unsuccessful payments will be subject to a 10-day grace period.

If payment has not been successfully received within the 10-day grace period, a $30 late fee will be assessed on the 10th day following the original payment date. Late fees are non-refundable.

Families are responsible for ensuring that all account information and payment methods remain current and that scheduled payments are successfully processed.

Ghost Baseball operates on a 9 to12 month program cycle.

By registering for memberships, the player and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) acknowledge and agree that registration constitutes a 9 to 12 month membership commitment.

The membership commitment and associated payment obligations remain in effect for the full nine-month term. Early cancellation or termination initiated by the registered player or their parent(s)/guardian(s) does not automatically release the family from its financial obligations under this agreement.

Any remaining balance associated with the agreed-upon membership term may become immediately due upon early termination, subject to the terms of the applicable registration agreement and governing law.

Acknowledgment of Policies & Procedures

By completing registration, the player and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) acknowledge that they have read, reviewed, and understand Ghost Baseball's Policies & Procedures and agree to abide by them throughout their participation in the program.

Completion of registration constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

Participation in Ghost Baseball involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, illness, property damage, or loss associated with baseball practices, games, tournaments, travel, and other program activities.

By registering a player with Ghost Baseball, the player and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) acknowledge and voluntarily assume these inherent risks and agree to comply with all Ghost Baseball policies, procedures, rules, and requirements.

All required waivers, releases, and program policies must be reviewed and accepted prior to the player's participation in Ghost Baseball activities.

All membership payments must be current and in good standing before a player may participate in scheduled practices, tournaments, showcases, or other Ghost Baseball activities.
