MJ Recruiting Services

Our recruiting service is designed to provide student-athletes with the guidance, exposure, and support needed to maximize their opportunities to compete at the collegiate level. We understand that earning a college roster spot requires much more than talent alone. It takes preparation, strategy, organization, and consistent communication with college coaches.

From the moment an athlete joins our program, we begin developing a personalized recruiting plan based on their academic profile, athletic ability, position, graduation year, and collegiate goals. We work closely with each athlete and their family to identify colleges that are the best fit academically, athletically, and financially.

Our services include creating and organizing professional recruiting profiles, evaluating highlight videos, assisting with player résumés, and ensuring that all recruiting materials accurately showcase the athlete's strengths and accomplishments. We help athletes understand what college coaches are looking for and present them in a professional manner that stands out.

One of the most valuable aspects of our program is our direct outreach to college coaches. We actively communicate with coaches across multiple collegiate levels—including NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA, NJCAA, and CCCAA programs—to introduce qualified athletes, share recruiting information, and advocate on their behalf. Through our established network and ongoing relationships with college programs, we work to create meaningful exposure opportunities that athletes may not otherwise have access to.

In addition to coach outreach, we assist athletes in navigating the recruiting process from start to finish. This includes guidance on recruiting timelines, communication with coaches, unofficial and official visits, eligibility requirements, academic expectations, and preparing for conversations with college programs. We also educate families on the recruiting landscape so they can make informed decisions throughout the process.

During our season, we create opportunities for our athletes to perform in front of college recruiters through showcases, camps, tournaments, and other exposure events where college coaches are actively evaluating prospective student-athletes. We also provide ongoing evaluations and honest feedback to help athletes continue improving both on and off the field.

Our commitment extends beyond simply generating exposure. We serve as mentors, advocates, and trusted advisors throughout the recruiting journey. We maintain consistent communication with athletes and families, provide regular recruiting updates, and help ensure that each athlete remains proactive in pursuing collegiate opportunities.

While no recruiting service can ethically guarantee a scholarship or roster position, our mission is to maximize every athlete's exposure, increase their recruiting opportunities, and equip them with the tools, knowledge, and professional representation needed to pursue their goal of playing college athletics.
